We understand how difficult bra shopping can be, that’s why we aim to keep it as easy as possible.

If you’re not satisfied with an item, you can return it to us in its original unworn condition with tags and labels attached for an exchange or credit note within 7 days of purchase.

However, before returning please note the following;

  1. The item must be returned for exchange within one week of purchase
  2. The Item must still have the original tag and should not be used
  3. In case of any damage the item will not be accepted
  4. If the item has been washed or worn it shall not be accepted
  5. If the item is dirty or stained it shall not be accepted
  6. The Client must present the original receipt for the item during  any return
  7. Kindly note underwear and sale items cannot be returned
